Finding success in life and business is rarely a straightforward path. My own life has shown me the importance of knowing when to take a chance, and when to step back and move in a different direction. My journey began on my family’s livestock ranch in Washington state where I was raised. Life led me to Houston, where I arrived - knowing only one person - with two bags, no car, no job, and a Wildlife Biology degree to my name. This leap of faith launched my career in Oil and Gas where I worked as a Corporate Business Analyst and eventually starting my own professional dance company. I learned very quickly that it’s not about what degree or certifications you have, but whether you have the ability to learn, find mentors, and ask questions that help you grow.  

After 18 years working in Oil and Gas, I followed my passion for helping others and started my business coaching and consulting company. My years of experience in both dance and corporate life provided me with the expertise to create my Simplify & Apply Ultimate Business System Program and successfully empower other entrepreneurs to unlock their true potential. Today, I strive to help business owners embrace a vision for their future and take strategic action to achieve their definition of success. We all have unique lives that have shaped our experience and refined new skills along the way. My goal is to help you find a path forward that’s right for your unique life and business.
